In the event of a critical incident abroad, Faculty Directors should complete this form as soon as possible. This form can be used when a student has been negatively impacted by the actions of another individual, or when the student’s actions have a negative impact on another individual. Action may need to be taken by the Faculty Director while abroad, but that does not preclude formal action upon return to campus.
