This form is required for all UMW students planning to participate in education abroad programs through the Center for International Education.

Your 9-digit Banner ID number starts with “000”
Input the Faculty-led program name, the host university, or the education abroad provider and program name.
Input the country, or countries, in which the program takes place.
Term Abroad(Required)
Select the term in which your education abroad program will travel.
