Internship Structure

Students will be immersed in a cultural experience where they will be expected to gain professional self-awareness through observation, participation, and analysis of organizational activities through interaction with colleagues in a work environment related to their field.

The internship program has a three-part structure:

  • Internship with local Spanish Company
  • Preparation and program organization provided by UD-CIDE
  • University advising by the University of Deusto

The Spanish company in which the student is placed provides the structure of the internship portion of the program.   The University of Deusto will provide an internship advisor who will assist students in making the most of their work experience within an academic framework.  Each internship experience will be monitored through weekly meetings, logbook, and a final report.
