Once you have been admitted to UMW and paid your enrollment deposit, use this form to request your Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) Student Status, also known as your I-20. If you have any questions about your I-20, please e-mail cie@umw.edu or phone (540) 654-1434. ALL I-20 Forms will be sent electronically to the email provided.
